It offers you expert guidance through the process of becoming an Estonian e-resident and registering your company there, while simplifying any complexities to ensure that you are fully informed at every step of the journey. Our website will be your starting point. You will need to create a personal online profile through which you can register your company – this helps to keep things simple and streamlined.

As part of our service, we will arrange for you to be issued with an ID card, cardreader, and access codes from the Estonian government.

And when these items are ready for you, they will be available for collection from the Estonian embassy closest to you. For example, if you are based in London, we will arrange delivery to the Estonian Embassy located in Kensington. Just make sure that you bring the same ID (passport) with you that was used for the e.Residency application.

We will also arrange a legal address and contact person for your company within Estonia for one year – both of which can then be extended and renewed as you require.

Organising Your Estonian E-Citizenship & Registering Your Company

The preparation of all the necessary documentation (such as a certificate of application and articles of association) required for e-residency and company registration will be handled for you. Included in this package is only one board member per company. If required, more board members can be added for a small additional fee of 50€ per person.

As part of our mailing service, we can receive letters and packages sent to your registered company address in Estonia, then forward everything to you at another address of your choosing, or via email. We also provide letter and email translation services equivalent to 5 x A4 sheets as part of our package.

Editing and proofreading will be included with this for no extra charge. For non-Estonian speakers, this can be particularly valuable!

In total, the price of this package is 849€ (+20% VAT). This amount includes the state fee of 265€ that is directly payable to the Estonian government.

With this package, we aim to offer a delivery time of between three to four months – although this timescale does depend on how quickly the Estonian government decides to award the e-residency.
